Grissini and Parma Ham

Makes 12

  • Packet of fine grissini (italian bread sticks)
  • 6 thin slices of Parma ham

Cut Parma ham slices in half widthways, giving a piece that is about half the length of the breadstick. Lay the piece of ham flat and simply roll the ham at an angle around the grissini, so that about two thirds of its length is covered by the ham, leaving the bare end to pick up and hold (ham lollipop!). It will stick there all by itself! (Magic ham lollipop!!)
