'Italian Diabolos' on Horseback!

Makes 24

  • 24 thin slices of pancetta
  • One jar of Olitos Olive Jam
  • 24 stoned prunes

This is an italian play on traditional Devils on Horseback, which we think is a really tasty version!

Spread a thin layer of olive jam on the strips of pancetta. Roll each strip around one prune. Bake in hot oven for 5 minutes until pancetta is browned. Serve warm.
