Oatcake canapes with Gorgonzola

Makes 12
- 100g Gorgonzola
- 100g Marscapone
- 50g chopped walnuts
- 12 walnut halves to garnish
One packet Cairnsmhor canape oatcakes (there are more than this in one packet, but we can't remember how many! IF you want to do a whole packet number please call us at the shop on Tuesday for exact number).
Put marscapone and gorgonzola in a bowl and mash together with a fork. Mix in the chopped walnuts. Divide mixture between cases and put a walnut half on top of each to garnish.
